
The plant manufacturer ItalPresseGauss is now operating independently: As part of a management buyout, the company has separated from the Norican Group. The aim now is to respond better and more flexibly to the needs of the market.
ItalPresseGauss hopes to gain agility and autonomy from this strategic move. According to the company, it wants to respond better to the market and speed up decision-making processes. “We believe that by becoming more independent, and with a simplified organization setup, we can continue to innovate and deliver the best possible value to our stakeholders,” explains CEO Marco Gandini. “Together with our Chairman, Peter Holm Larsen, we are extremely committed to succeed in this new challenge and opportunity, supported by a strong team of motivated professionals and young talents.”
IPG will continue to serve customers globally and will now re-center the core of its technological innovation and customer support in IPG Technology Center in Italy with full responsibility of product technology, application development and sales and service processes. This facility, located where the company has always been based, will serve as a hub for the development and execution of advanced technological solutions, technical support, service activities and spare part logistics.
