The product series has been completely revised. Depending on the level of automation, operators can apply the clamping force manually via a hand crank and hydraulic power transmission on the HILMA.NC or purely hydraulically via a power unit on the HILMA.NCH. - © STARK

Modular all-rounder

HILMA.NC, the machine vice from Stark Spannsysteme, has been redesigned. The modular vices can now be adapted to different requirements.

The HILMA.NC vices are mainly used on vertical machining centers. Thanks to the three jaw widths of 100, 125 and 160 mm, they can be used for workpieces of different dimensions. Standard lengths are available for each version, with which a maximum lower part length of between 380 and 1200 mm can be achieved. Regardless of the modular system, customers can order customized lengths of up to 1200 mm. The range of clamping jaws is also extensive; magnetic quick-change jaws enable jaws to be changed without tools, Stark can change customer-specific clamping jaws on request, as can customer-specific reworking of the lower parts of the machine vices or lower part variants manufactured entirely to customer specifications.
