The company Fairxperts has canceled the Parts Finishing trade fair. The organizer cites the current challenging and uncertain economic situation of exhibitors as the reason. The fair was scheduled to take place in November.
Parts Finishing 2025 was set to launch with an innovative trade fair concept: three topics - deburring, cleaning, and finishing - under one roof over two days. “Actually, we received a very positive response to this idea from the very beginning and, until about six weeks ago, we also had a promising number of registrations,” reports Nicolas Herdin, managing director of the private trade fair organizer Fairxperts. In the meantime, however, various companies have canceled their registrations.
Fairxperts attributes the cancellations primarily to the current challenging and uncertain economic situation. According to the trade fair organizer, this situation has now prompted it to cancel the event planned for November 12 and 13, 2025, in Karlsruhe. “Despite the financial losses, we believe this is a better alternative than holding an event that would ultimately leave both exhibitors and visitors dissatisfied,” said Herdin. The company now wants to discuss the further development of the trade fair with the exhibitor advisory board and consider a new date.
